You can contact me by email or phone between the hours of 11am – 6pm for general enquires. If I am unavailable to take your call, please leave your name, number and reason for your call and I will get back to you as soon as I’m free. Please note, I do not make bookings by text message or WhatsApp.
If you are looking to book a massage please use the ‘ book a massage’ button located on the services page. When you click on the button you will be given the option of services, fees and availability. Once booked you will receive a confirmation email with your consultation form which needs to be completed at least 48 hours before your booking to allow me sufficient time to read though your answers and contact you.
To book a free consultation, taster session or your first exercise session please complete the contact form below with the following information:
- Telephone number
- Preferred times / dates for a booking
- Any current health issues or injuries
- Any current medication
Please note that I am currently only available for exercise sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays and Sundays.
